By redesigning the in-store experience of the post office, post point, and parcel point locations, we’ve created a consistent, quick and clear decision making process which benefits both bpost and non bpost employees alike.Removing unnecessary steps in the purchase flow and splitting the process into buy and check-in, will allow serving more customers quickly and efficiently.

Enabling the digital capture of data

We needed to add this to the sending process, working around the limitations of no printer or scales in some locations. A simplified process which will guide users and allow for all data to be stored significantly easier and quicker.
